Walt Whitley,* OD, MBA, FAAO
Virginia Beach, VA

Dr. Whitley is a nationally recognized lecturer on topics ranging from ocular disease, surgical comanagement, pharmaceuticals and practice management. Currently, he serves as co-chief medical editor of Collaborative Eye, Contributing Editor for the Review of Optometry, and is the Chair, Anterior Segment Section, of the American Academy of Optometry.

Jessilin Quint,* OD, MBA, FAAO
Augusta, ME

Dr. Quint is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. She is the founder of the Smart Dry Eye Center of Excellence and coowns Smart Eye Care. She provides comprehensive family eye care to her patients with a distinct interest in specialty contact lenses and dry eye disease.

Jackie Garlich,* OD, FAAO
Boston, MA

Dr. Garlich is passionate about treating ocular surface disease and has built a dry eye specialty clinic within her practice to better serve her dry eye patients. Through her optometry publication and her podcast, she educates thousands of eye care providers on the latest advances in the profession and helps eye doctors build their own dry eye practices. She is a Fellow of the of the American Academy of Optometry.

INDICATIONS AND USAGE

TRYPTYR (acoltremon ophthalmic solution) 0.003% is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease (DED).

Warnings and Precautions
Potential for Eye Injury and Contamination: To avoid the potential for eye injury and contamination, advise patients not to touch the vial tip to the eye or other surfaces.

Use with Contact Lenses: TRYPTYR should not be administered while wearing contact lenses. If contact lenses are worn, they should be removed prior to administration of the solution. Lenses may be reinserted 15 minutes following administration.

Adverse Reactions
In clinical trials, the most common adverse reaction was instillation site pain (50%).
