What is the refund / cancellation policy?
Registration is transferrable. If you are paid in full but you cannot find a replacement attendee, and you need to cancel your registration: 100% of your registration will be refunded if cancelled by October 30. No refunds will be provided after October 30. Your balance will carry forward to the 2027 conference.
Credit card payments
This year there will be no credit card fees! The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged to your card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express is not accepted.
What is HCTC?
The Harris Customer Training Conference (HCTC) provides a three-day learning opportunity for you to increase technical know-how, leverage best practices from industry peers and influence your chosen products and solution offerings.
This year you will be provided with an opportune time to network with other Harris users, explore products and services to help your organization maximize your software investment and learn new tips and tricks to increase productivity and efficiency.
Where is the conference?
The 2026 conference will take place at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, CO.

How much is registration?
HCTC 2026 is $1500 for all three-day learning opportunities, networking and entertainment.
Early Bird Price: $1,350 | Early Bird passes are officially sold out! Full-price admission is now in effect.
Pre-conference session are available for some business units, pricing varies. Please check the Pre-Con page for more information.
What does my general conference registration include?
- Full access to all Partner & Product Sessions.
- General Sessions and Breakout Sessions.
- Full access to all attending Partners and Subject Matter Experts.
- Admission to all Welcome / Evening Receptions and Banquet.
- Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch Tuesday / Wednesday. Dinner at the HCTC Banquet on Wednesday and Breakfast Thursday.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Admission to Monday pre-conference sessions (pre-conference session availability varies by business).
Can I bring a guest to the evening events?
Guest passes for the Tuesday evening cocktail party at HCTC will be available onsite for $200. Guest passes for the Wednesday evening banquet will be available on site for $250.

How do I select my sessions?
Session sign up has not yet opened. Please check back to the Session page for updates. Once registered, you will receive an email notifying you when session sign up is available.
