Objectives: 

  • Apply teach-back and chunk-and-check communication strategies to deliver clear, patient-centered respiratory education.
  • Evaluate and revise a written patient education handout using plain-language standards and readability/usability tools to meet health literacy needs.

PSRC is now offering non-traditional courses for all.  

This lecture is approved for 1.0 hour of non-traditional continuing education by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

In order to receive credit, you must complete the evaluation and post test scoring 80%.

Certificates will be sent bi-monthly.
