CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Rafael Chapman by January 10, 2020. For individual registration cancellations, a $50 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For exhibitor/vendor cancellations, a $100 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be given for no-shows, requests not submitted in writing, or requests made after the deadline.
