Governance: Capital, Gender, and the Power of Inclusive Leadership

Wednesday 3 December I 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Latrobe Ballroom, Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, 25 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Inclusive governance—particularly gender-diverse leadership in capital allocation—can drive stronger financial performance, social equity, and long-term sustainability.

Join us for a compelling keynote address by our international guest Dr. Ruth Shaber, founder of the Tara Health Foundation and co-author of The XX Edge: Unlocking Higher Returns and Lower Risk.

With more than three decades of experience spanning medicine, philanthropy, and impact investing, Dr. Shaber will draw on data, case studies, and her pioneering work with the Diverse Investing Collective to challenge traditional governance models and offer a bold vision for a more equitable and effective future.
