Compassion Cultivation Training™ is an 8-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy and kindness for oneself and others. CCTTM integrates traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion. This class will provide a private and safe environment for physicians and psychologists to explore compassion issues. It is designed with supplemental materials that focus on the unique education and experience of being a physician or psychologist. This training can help decrease burnout and address the suffering we witness in our work. Compassion Cultivation TrainingTM was developed at Stanford CCARE.
