Convention Sponsorship Opportunities

The sponsorship events and levels below are open to all exhibitors. Each of the sponsorship opportunities will offer your organization recognition according to the level of your commitment.

Premier – $25,000

Platinum – $10,000

Exclusive sponsorship of one of the following:

  • Indiana Credit Union Awards Celebration (Friday)
  • CLOSED: Keynote (Thursday)

Gold – $5,500

Exclusive sponsorship of one of the following:

  • CLOSED: Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Light Snacks & Refreshments (Wednesday)
  • CLOSED: Continental Breakfast (Thursday)
  • CLOSED: Lunch in Exhibit Hall (Thursday): ASI/ESI
  • CLOSED: Foundation Breakfast: Corporate One 
  •  Advocacy Lunch (Friday)

Shared sponsorship of one of the following:

  • 1/2 available: Keynote (Thursday): Forvis Mazars
  • 2 available: Indiana Credit Union Awards Celebration (Friday)

Silver – $2,500

Customized or partial event sponsorships may also be available. If you have a sponsorship idea, please contact Chris Sipes at chriss@icul.org or 317-594-5336. If you would like to sponsor any of the events above, please contact Chris Sipes by August 1, 2026. All sponsorships are available on a first-come basis. If you are selected as the event sponsor, you will be contacted and invoiced. Exhibitors are still required to register and complete the necessary exhibitor forms.

Sponsorship Level Details

The following lists detail what your company will receive based on the level of sponsorship you commit to.

Premier Level Sponsors will receive:

  • Exhibit Hall Booth space (10’ x 8’ – does not include furniture, electric, etc.)
  • Logo on signage throughout Convention
  • Logo on entrance display to Exhibit Hall
  • Logo on Convention bags given to all attendees
  • ¼ page advertisement in back section of Convention book and logo in front
  • Listed as Premier Sponsor in all Convention materials developed after commitment is made
  • Three complimentary tickets to both ticketed events
  • Recognition on Convention website, app, and printed materials
  • Sponsorship recognition in scripts at the beginning of the Grand Opening in the Exhibit Hall, Keynote Addresses, Annual Business Meeting and Indiana Credit Union Awards Celebration
  • Sponsor name tag ribbons
  • Recognition in marketing emails

Platinum Level Sponsors will receive:

  • Exhibit Hall Booth space (10’ x 8’ – does not include furniture, electric, etc.)
  • Admission for up to 6 booth reps in exhibit hall included
  • ¼ page advertisement in back section of Convention book
  • Logo on entrance display to Exhibit Hall
  • Recognition on Convention website, app, and printed materials
  • Sponsorship recognition in scripts at the Keynote Address, at the Grand Opening in the Exhibit Hall and/or at the beginning  of your sponsored event.
  • Sponsor name tag ribbons
  • Exclusive sponsorship of one of the following events:
    • Keynote Address on Thurs., Oct. 1
    • Indiana Credit Union Awards Celebration on Friday, Oct. 2

Gold Level Sponsors will receive:

  • Exhibit Hall Booth space (10’ x 8’ – does not include furniture, electric, etc.)
  • ¼ page advertisement in back section of Convention book
  • Admission for up to 4 booth reps
  • Recognition on Convention website, app, and printed materials
  • Logo on entrance display to Exhibit Hall
  • Script announcement of your sponsorship at Opening Keynote Address, at the Grand Opening in the Exhibit Hall and/or at the beginning of your sponsored event.
  • Organization name and logo on welcome page of Convention book
  • Sponsor name tag ribbons
  • Gold Level Meal Sponsors will receive signage at all food and beverage stations in Exhibit Hall
  • Exclusive sponsorship of one of the following events:
    • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening on Wednesday, Sept. 30
    • Continental Breakfast for attendees on Thurs., Oct. 1
    • Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Oct. 1
    • Foundation Breakfast on Friday, Oct. 2
    • Advocacy Luncheon on Friday, Oct. 2
  • Shared sponsorship of one of the following:
    • Keynote Address on Thursday, Oct. 1

Silver Level Sponsors will receive:

  • Admission for up to 3 booth reps
