Public Transportation and Parking
The easiest way to get to MIT is by public transportation. The closest MBTA stop to Kresge Auditorium is the 84 Massachusetts Ave stop on the #1 bus line. Information on public transportation is available at: http://www.mbta.com.

If you must drive, allow time for city traffic and limited parking options. On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking garages to Kresge Auditorium are the 55 Franklin Street Garage, University Park and the Hyatt Regency Cambridge Garage. Hourly rates vary but typically will cost $40 - $50 for a full day.
