By providing my contact information and registering to attend the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute’s (“CPRIT”) 2026 Innovations VII Conference (“the conference”), I am consenting to receive emails and other communications concerning the conference, the conference program, or other relevant news or updates from CPRIT, contracted vendors acting on behalf of CPRIT, and any other partner organization working with CPRIT to conduct the conference. I understand that neither CPRIT nor any vendor or partner organization will sell, share, or distribute my contact information for any other purpose than in connection with the conference or relevant news updates concerning CPRIT.

By registering for and attending the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute’s (“CPRIT”) 2026 Innovations VII Conference (“the conference”), I am voluntarily entering a public location where photographs and video will be captured in physical or digital formats, including images that may depict individual attendees who are not presenting at or taking any active part in the conference program. I understand that my image and likeness may be captured in such photographic and video recordings, whether captured intentionally or unintentionally. I hereby irrevocably authorize CPRIT, contracted vendors acting on behalf of CPRIT, and any other partner organizations working with CPRIT to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute such images for purposes of publicizing the conference or for any other lawful purpose related to the mission and activities of CPRIT. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
