Description
This session provides educators with a practical framework for incorporating the National Civics Bee into classroom instruction. Participants will explore a five-day model that guides students from identifying a local issue and connecting it to civic principles through drafting, peer review, revision, and submission. The session will also provide strategies for scaffolding student writing, using the Bee rubric effectively, reducing grading demands, and planning implementation around existing instructional calendars.
