Any photographs, videos and/or other media taken by Wiley at the event is subject to external usage for (including but not limited to) marketing and social media purposes. By checking "I agree":

(1) I grant John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and its affiliated companies (“Wiley”) the right and permission to use, reuse, publish, republish, transmit, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media that have been taken of me or in which I may be included with others during the Award Summit (the “Images”) in any marketing, social media, website, newsletters, brochures, emails, and other general publications;

(2) I hereby release and discharge Wiley from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the Images, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy;

(3) I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the Images or the specific uses to which they are applied; and

(4) I hereby agree that Wiley is the sole owner of the Images and the sole judge of which Images are approved for use.

Cancellation Policy (Attendee 1)

If your plans change, please notify us of your cancellation by Friday, September 4, 2026 at eventsupport@wiley.com. After that date, Wiley may pass on the costs of Partner's accommodations to the Partner ($250 per registrant) as Wiley may not be able to recover costs for late cancellations.
