Join SOCHE for the fourth session of the Career Development Series, "Real Talk, Real Growth: Fostering Professionalism Without Perfectionism," on Tuesday, March 10, from 12–1 p.m. ET via Zoom. Presented by Sarah Brandell, Academic Director for the Physician Assistant Program at Kettering College, this webinar will explore how students can develop professionalism without the unrealistic expectation of perfection.
Participants will gain practical strategies to help students and early career professionals build communication, accountability, and confidence while learning from mistakes. The session will also introduce a supportive framework for addressing professionalism concerns through coaching and remediation, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
