Dear Representatives,

We are pleased to announce the EducationUSA South American Fair Circuit Fall 2026, which will visit 12 cities across 9 countries in South America, connecting U.S. higher education institutions with prospective students, families, and education professionals across the region.

The tour cities and dates are as follows:

Aug 23 – Rio de Janeiro, BR
Aug 25 – São Paulo, BR
Aug 29 – Brasília, BR
Aug 31 – Asunción, PY
Sep 2 – Buenos Aires, AR
Sep 4 – Montevideo, UY
Sep 8 – Santiago, CL
Sep 12 – Santa Cruz, BO
Sep 14 – Lima, PE
Sep 16 – Guayaquil, EC
Sep 19 – Quito, EC
Sep 22 – Bogotá, CO

Each city will feature a 3-hour EducationUSA student fair. Additional activities, such as high school visits, university visits, and networking events, may be organized depending on the local context and availability in each city.

Registration opens on April 7, 2026, 12PM ET.
Registration will occur on a first-come, first-served basis. The Fair Coordinator will confirm your registration within a week.
Registrations will close on August 13, 2026, or when capacity is reached, whichever occurs first.

*It is very important that the representative completing the registration includes the email address of the person who will personally attend the fairs. Please avoid registering using general departmental email addresses (such as internationaladm@xxx.edu), as important communications may be missed.
**The table fee covers up to two (2) representatives per institution per city.

*Accredited U.S. Colleges and universities will receive priority registration. Afterward, approved third-party representatives may be allowed to register depending on availability. *Institutions are encouraged to submit one registration per institution. If multiple departments from the same institution register separately, EducationUSA may contact the institution to consolidate the registration. *The fair is free of charge for attending students and families. *Participating institutions will receive promotion through EducationUSA networks and access to the attendee database after the event.

Participation is open to U.S.-based accredited higher education institutions interested in promoting their Undergraduate, Graduate, Intensive English, and Short-Term programs and recruiting students from South America.
