Last year, our inaugural 2025 Consumer Advisory Panel brought together Canadians living with an ostomy to share honest feedback, personal experiences, and ideas for the future.

The conversations were insightful, inspiring, and impactful.

One example? Last year's feedback helped inform improvements to the Secure Start™ support journey, contributing to new touchpoints and enhancements that launched in August 2026. This is exactly why the Consumer Advisory Panel exists: to ensure the voices of people living with an ostomy help shape the programs, resources, and experiences that matter most.
