By registering for the conference you agree to:

  • Follow the code of conduct to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming conference experience for everyone. AMMC does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, xenophobia, or racism in any form.
  • Follow all protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of attendees at the time of the event.
  • Grant AMMC permission to use any photographs and recording of yourself in its print publications, online presence, and/or social media. AMMC becomes the sole owner of these photographs and recordings. It is your responsibility to notify AMMC by email if you do not want your image or recording used.
  • Abide by the stated cancellation and transfer policy. Read policy here.

POG - Peer Outreach Groups

POG, which stands for Peer Outreach Group, is back for 2026 AMMC Los Angeles. These small networking groups are designed to give attendees an opportunity to connect with others at the conference by getting to know each other, arranging leisure time, attending sessions, and trading notes! The 3-5 participants assigned to each POG will be able to connect both prior to and during the conference. There is no fee to participant.

You must opt in by August 31 to guarantee placement in a group. For those that sign up after this date, we will do our best to place them in a group.

This year POGs will be randomly assigned but we will ensure people from the same organization are not in the same group.

By signing up to participate in a POG you give AMMC permission to share your contact information with other POG participants to facilitate communication before and during the conference.
