All payments must be received prior to the start of the meeting or attendee badges will be withheld onsite pending payment confirmation.

Attendee Terms and Conditions

• Membership is agency based. State DOTs are automatically members of AASHTO and their employees qualify for the membership rate.
• Member rate is specifically designated for State DOTs and AASHTO Associate Members. Associate Membership is available only to sub-state and federal transportation agencies in the United States, as well as transportation agencies in other countries. The AASHTO Member rate is not available to individuals and private-sector laboratories, including those that are AASHTO accredited.
• AASHTO reserves the right to change the registration rate for attendees who register incorrectly.

One Day Attendees:

• Includes access to sessions and meals on the specified day(s) in your registration form.
• One-day passes cannot be 'stacked' during the entirety of the event.
• If attending more than one day, a full meeting pass must be purchased.

Guest Registration:

• Open to family members, spouses, significant others, or friends of registered attendees.
• Co-workers or associates within the profession are not eligible.
• Provides access to all meal functions and the receptions.

• Include a copy of your invoice.
• Note the name of the registrant(s) and the meeting name on the memo line. This ensures proper credit to your registration record.

• Include your name and invoice number in the description. This information helps locate and properly credit the funds to your registration.
