Pi Beta Phi’s Recruitment Academy will bring together collegiate recruitment leaders and Advisors for an immersive weekend designed to strengthen recruitment strategies, share best practices and help chapters thrive. Throughout the weekend, participants will learn from experienced recruitment volunteers and staff through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, chapter-specific planning and one-on-one coaching.

Help Make Recruitment Academy Possible

Recruitment Academy is a new opportunity, and one chapters couldn’t plan for in their annual budgets. It costs approximately $5,000 to send each chapter’s members and Advisors to this experience, and we want cost to be as little of a barrier to participation as possible.

That’s where you can make a difference. Your non-tax-deductible contribution to the Fraternity helps offset a chapter’s cost of attendance, giving collegiate leaders access to the tools, strategies and support they’ll bring home to strengthen their chapter.
