We've secured two hotel room options for attendees, depending on your registration status. All event room nights are for Thursday evening only, with the option to extend your stay at discounted rates through the weekend.

Complimentary Planner Room Block

A few complimentary Thursday night guest rooms are available for qualified hosted planners.

To be considered, please complete the Hotel Request Form. 

Group Rate Room Block

Suppliers and planners who do not qualify for a complimentary room may reserve a guest room at our special group rate of $159 for Thursday night.

Attendees may also extend their stay and enjoy discounted weekend rates:

  • Friday: $189
  • Saturday: $209

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service to and from New York City will be available for a nominal fee of $10.00. You may add this option to your registration during the registration process.
