This reimagined course invites school leaders to focus their practice on growth-centered instructional leadership. Leaders develop their ability to uplift high-quality classroom assessment practices, interpret evidence of student learning, facilitate meaningful coaching conversations, and support educators in using assessment as an ongoing tool for instructional decision-making rather than a stand-alone event.
The course emphasizes student agency, culturally responsive practice, equitable learning experiences, and authentic professional growth.
This course positions evaluator practice as deeply human work — centered on trust, growth, reflection, and meaningful learning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing (send an email to iaa@mycpaa.com) and will not be accepted over the phone. Cancellations must be received at least two (2) business days prior to a workshop for a full refund, less ($15.00) service charge. Alternatively, the participant may have a full amount of the workshop applied to another workshop within the same fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). No refunds will be granted for cancellations requested the day before and/or on the day of the workshop. Individuals who fail to cancel their registration in writing are responsible for full payment. The Illinois Administrators’ Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop at anytime. In the event of cancellation and/or rescheduling, participants may either request a full refund or have the registration fee applied to another IAA workshop.
