The National Indian Child Welfare Association's November Training Institute in Prior Lake, Minnesota will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3 at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. This training institute offers either Positive Indian Parenting, Foundations of Tribal Child Welfare Casework Practice or Cross-Cultural Skills.
