As of April 9, the in-person capacity for the conference has been reached. Registration has been closed. Please email memberservices@step.ca if you would like to be added to the waitlist for the in-person experience in the event we receive any cancellations.

Early bird payment must be paid in full by March 1 at 11:59 pm ET.
Payment must be received in full prior to the conference.
All delegates must have agreed to the STEP Canada annual General Release of Liability, covering all STEP Canada events between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
Paid in-person delegates will receive access to the STEP Canada 27th National Conference Attendee Hub/Event App during the week of June 9.
All delegate types will receive access to the on-line on-demand conference session recordings on Monday, June 23.
STEP does not permit split or shared registrations, each registration permits one individual in-person attendance, access to the app, broadcasts, and all presentation material.
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, the delegate's registration may be transferred to one other individual, provided the substitute has the same membership status as the original registrant. The name of the substituted delegate can be submitted to the STEP Canada office up to five business days prior to the start of the conference via memberservices@step.ca.
If substitution is not an option, written notice of cancellation will be accepted by the until 12:00 pm EST on Monday, June 2, 2025 to memberservices@step.ca. Individuals who cancel their registration prior to this deadline will receive a refund, less $100 administration fee (plus $13 HST), at the conclusion of the conference. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for notices of cancellation received after this deadline.
Individuals who do not cancel their registration by the deadline will receive conference materials and access to the on-demand replay of all sessions via the conference app. No refund will be issued.
Individuals who paid for a social event ticket during their original conference registration, but then are invited to the event as a guest of one of the sponsors, can cancel their ticket and receive a refund if memberservices@step.ca is advised prior to Monday, June 2, 2025. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for notices of cancellation received after this deadline.
STEP reserves the right to modify program content and/or speaker line up as required.
No part of the presentation materials may be reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of STEP Canada.
All recording of any part of any session of any kind is prohibited.
STEP reserves the right to refuse access if these terms are not met.
By attending the event you may be photographed and images used in online photo books and promotional literature.
