Cut-off Date | Reservations must be made by 3:00 p.m. on or before Thursday, January 21, 2027, to secure the group rate. We encourage reservations at your earliest convenience to ensure room availability, as the block could sell out anytime.
Reservation Changes | Changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to 11:59 p.m. local time the day of arrival at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy | Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

Airport & Ground Transportation | The Riverside Convention Center is located less than 0.25 miles from each of the hotel options. The nearest airport is Ontario International Airport (ONT), about 16 miles from each hotel. John Wayne Airport-Orange County (SNA) is about 45 miles away. And Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is about 62 miles from the hotels.
Parking | We have negotiated special parking rates for all conference attendees. Please see noted below:
- The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa: Daily: $5 off prevailing rate negotiated (currently $27 / night). Valet parking is $35 / night.
- Marriott Riverside: Daily: $5 off prevailing rate negotiated (currently $30), with in and out privileges.
- Hyatt Place Riverside / Downtown: $26 daily (standard $30)
- Hampton Inn Riverside Downtown: Self parking is available for at the standard rate (currently $29 / night).
