By submitting this application, you confirm that you have not already received funding during the 2026/27 financial year (FY26/27), which runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. If it is identified at any stage that funding has already been awarded or received during FY26/27, this application may be deemed ineligible, and any approvals may be revoked.

Due to your local regulations your IHFCA approval is subject to employer approval. Astellas will contact the Healthcare Organisation you have provided to seek approval. Therefore there maybe an additional delay in confirming your IHFCA status

INDIA HCPs: Due to local compliance requirements we can only offer 'registration only'.

NETHERLANDS HCPs: Due to local compliance requirements we can either offer €500 towards your total costs or we can support you by funding 50% of the total costs for travel, accommodation & registration fees.

SWITZERLAND HCPs: Due to local compliance requirements you will need to pay 33.3% towards the total costs.
