  • On-site registration will take place Tuesday, July 28 in the late afternoon and evening. 
  • Wednesday and Thursday (July 29–30) will include a combination of on-site workshops and off-site experiences, including a visit to the U.S. Capitol Building.
  • Programming will run through Friday, July 31, concluding at approximately 4:00 PM. 
  • Hotel checkout is by noon on Saturday, August 1.

NOTE: As of June 26, 2026, the National PAL Youth Summit is waitlist only. All new registrations will be placed on the waitlist and reviewed by the National PAL team. If your registration is approved, we will contact you with next steps.

Consent & Release Authorization

This Consent and Release Authorization is required for participation in National PAL events and experiences. Individuals who do not agree to these terms will not be permitted admission or participation.

By checking "yes" I grant National PAL , its affiliates, chapters, sponsors, partners, and representatives permission to use my image, likeness, name, voice, quotations, biographical information, and audio/video recordings (“Released Material”) for lawful purposes including, but not limited to, promotional, educational, fundraising, advertising, recruitment, social media, print, digital, and other media formats now existing or later developed.

I understand and agree that National PAL may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display the Released Material, in whole or in part, alone or with other materials, in perpetuity and worldwide, without compensation or further approval from me.

I acknowledge that all Released Materials and related works created by National PAL are the sole property of National PAL. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Released Material and understand National PAL is under no obligation to use the material.

I release and hold harmless National PAL, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, chapters, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Released Material, including claims related to privacy, publicity, defamation, or compensation.
