COVID-19 Liability - By attending the TechCon North America 28th Annual Conference you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19, and release TechCon® from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending the Conference. TechCon’s intent is to ensure a safe meeting environment. As such, you also agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures that TechCon, the venue, the County health department, or the State of North Carolina may have in place during the Conference dates and agree to not attend at all if you become ill, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, and follow the appropriate COVID-19 exposure guidance prior to or during the Conference.
*HILTON HOTELS: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where other people are present, which risk is reduced when all parties work to adhere to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We encourage Group to similarly establish appropriate protocols for its attendees consistent with the CDC guidelines and recommendations, including using cashless payment options, maintaining physical distancing, wearing of face coverings when appropriate, and directing attendees who are feeling ill or otherwise symptomatic to not attend or participate once onsite.
