Refund Policy
- A $25 processing fee will be charged if canceled before May 19 at 11:59 PM PT.
- There will be no refunds for PAPA Expo 2026 if canceled after May 20 at 12:00 AM PT.
- Discounted Tickets are non-refundable
Transfers
- Ticket transfers are not allowed under any circumstances.
Attendee Lists: Be advised that all attendees registered for the event will appear on an attendee list. No contact information is provided on these lists (only name, company, city, state/province, country).
Frequently Asked Questions
1. My spouse would like to acompany me to the event. Would they need to purchase a seperate ticket?
Answer: If your spouse would like to gain access to the exhibitor hall and pavilions for sessions, they are required to purchase a separate expo ticket. However, PAPA Members have the option of purchasing gala ticket by itself. It'll allow your guest to join you at the gala only.
2. Where can I find airline meet and greet sign up information?
Answer: As you register for the event, you'll come across a page called "Meet and Greets". Please follow the information on that page to sign up for the meet and greets slots and/or interview application. *NOTE: PAPA is only supplying the link and information setup by the airlines. PAPA does not have any control over meet and greet slots and any job application process.*
3. When will I find out whether I'm selected for meet and greet or interview?
Answer: PAPA is only supplying the link and information setup by the airlines. PAPA does not have any control over meet and greet slots and any job application process. Please contact the airlines recruiter for ALL questions regarding meet and greets and interview.
4. I'd like to volunteer for the event, how can I sign up?
Answer: Thank you for wanting to help out! We defintely are looking for volunteers. However, the detail is still being devloped. Please keep an eye on our social media and emails when we're ready to call for volunteer signup. *NOTE: Volunteers are still required to purchase a ticket*
5. I noticed I'm qualified for a discount after I've purchased a ticket, can I get a refund?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. You can cancel your registration and re-register with the discount. However, we don't recommend doing so since you'll be charged a $25 processing fee by canceling the registration.
6. The airline I'm interested in didn't have their meet and greet sign up link listed when registered. How can I check or find the link later on?
Answer: We will send out notification on our social media when an airline's link is updated. Please stay tuned! However, you can click on manage your registration on your confirmation email or click on Already Registered in the event home page and log in with your confirmation number to check back to the meet and greet page.
