Photography & Media Disclosure: By attending a C200 event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, educational, or any other purpose by C200 and its representatives. You release C200, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or audio recordings, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by C200 or the person or entity designated to do so by C200. Attendee Privacy Policy: By registering for this event, I understand that information collected may not be used for any purpose, or for solicitation, outside of authorized C200 business and is complementary to the separate Confidentiality Policies applicable to all C200 members and staff. The Full Privacy Policy included explains how C200 collects, use and safeguard information on C200.org, mobile websites, microsites, C200 profiles on all official C200 social media sites and any other digital services and properties officially operated or used by C200 from time to time (the “Sites” or “Services”).
Attendee Refund Policy: By registering for this event, I understand and acknowledge the event’s refund policy: Registrations canceled by 5pm CT on August 12, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment received. All cancellations made after 5pm CT on August 12, 2024, will not be refunded.
