Boots on the Beach takes you beachfront to the 5 star Grand Sunset Princess All Suites Spa & Resort, nestled on a stretch of white-sand beach in Riviera Maya for 7 all-inclusive nights. By purchasing a Boots on the Beach package, and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Each guest will receive an event lanyard which will be required to attend specified Boots on the Beach events.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Deposit: $500/person + insurance
Final payment due October 25, 2023
Passengers or their Direct Travel advisors are required to complete the online registration and in doing so, confirm that the information provided is accurate.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Up to Oct. 24, 2023: Deposit nonrefundable
Oct. 25, 2023 - after departure: 100% nonrefundable
Prepaid advance seat selection is nonrefundable
VIP package is nonrefundable after final payment
If you need to cancel your package, payments are nonrefundable as indicated above.

INSURANCE

Medical and cancellation/interruption insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you decline this coverage you will be required to sign a waiver. Please discuss your insurance coverage options with your Direct Travel advisor or your client at the time of booking your trip.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveller’s responsibility to determine what documentation is necessary for each country to be visited. All Canadian and U.S. citizens require valid passports for travel. It is recommended and sometimes necessary that passports have a minimum of 6 months to expiry. Other nationalities should check with their DirectTravel advisor. PASSPORT NAMES

First, middle, and last names must match exactly as shown on your passport. Any name corrections after final payment will be subject to a $50 fee.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Any requests including bed configuration, or room location, are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Grand Sunset Princess All Suite Resort & Spa at check-in.

ENVIRONMENTAL TAX

The Government of Quintana Roo environmental tax ranging from $31 - $77 Mexican Pesos per room per night is to be paid locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Subject to change.

CANCUN VISITOR TAX

Cancun Airport Visitor Tax (VISITAX) is now mandatory for all international arrivals. This tax is approx. $20USD per person and must be paid by all non-residential , non-citizen visitors to Cancun prior to their arrival at Cancun International Airport (CUN). ADVANCE SEAT SELECTION

Any requests for advance seat selection is subject to availability. Advance seat selection must be prepaid at time of requesting your seats. Please indicate your seat preference. Direct Travel is not responsible for the airline changing or cancelling seat assignments. Travellers needing a seat belt extender are not permitted to sit in the exit rows. Advance seat selection is nonrefundable.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS

Artists, schedules, production elements, amenities, and all other aspects of Boots on the Beach are subject to change without notice and without grounds for a refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

Direct Travel shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond their control or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, terrorist acts, fire, earthquakes, weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, flood, civil or military authority, government requirement or restriction, disease, epidemic or pandemic.

Refunds will not be issued for bookings cancelled by you or Sunwing Vacations resulting from an act of God or an Event of Force Majeure.

Direct Travel is not responsible for travel delays either by the airline, tour company or denied boarding if you have provided incorrect information or do not meet travel protocols.
