Join us for the 2025 IIRP World Conference,
Artful Integration: Exploring the Art and Science of Restorative Practices

Presented in partnership with STARS Nashville, the conference will be held at the

Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN, USA
October 19-22, 2025

The sustained use of restorative practices has been proven to improve culture and climate in schools and workplaces, increasing productivity, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.

Join us as we convene a global pool of restorative practices practitioners from the fields of education, higher education, criminal justice, healthcare, community engagement, social services, government, non-governmental organizations, and more as we engage with new concepts and proven methods for the essential work of strengthening communities and social bonds. You’re invited to experience influential keynote speakers, panel discussions, and compelling engagement sessions with expert restorative practitioners.

The art and science of restorative practices focuses on the creative implementation of methodologies and concepts from the field. From the utilization of art mediums, music, theater, and spoken word to help strengthen bonds to examples of unique practical application strategies, participants will leave this conference inspired to take these concepts and apply them in their school, workplace, and community.

Backed by pedagogy, research, and lived-experiences, sessions encapsulate the creative and curious spirit required to inspire change and build connections that transform relationships, increasing well-being, belonging, and a sense of safety among people.

Listen as leaders and emerging leaders from across the globe discuss how they discovered ways to apply restorative practices to their unique contexts, tapping into their creativity and reflecting on the needs of their stakeholders. Join us and engage with fellow practitioners and make new connections that will transcend the conference space.
