As an Industry Partner of the TENA Conference, I agree and acknowledge that the TENA Board, or any of its representatives or agents, reserves the right to remove from its premises or exclude from the Conference any person, or any content or materials, in its sole discretion, it deems necessary and in the best interest of the other Attendees, Speakers/Presenters, and/or Industry Partners, or TENA. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of my presence due to inappropriate behavior and removal of any content or materials, which in the discretion of TENA disrupts or threatens to disrupt the Conference program and/or the enjoyment of the Conference by other Attendees, Speakers/Presenters and/or Industry Partners. TENA and/or any of its representatives or agents has the discretion and ability to refuse entry to anyone who fails to abide by state, federal, or local laws. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior at the directions of TENA, and/or any of its representatives or agents, is expected to comply immediately and TENA, and/or its representatives or agents, may take any action deemed lawful and appropriate, and in the best interests of the other Attendees, Speakers/Presenters, and/or Industry Partners, up to and including removal of any Industry Partner, it’s agents, employees, or representatives present at the Conference and Conference premises without refund of any expenses, costs or conference fees accordingly.
