GBA ROOM BLOCK AND INCLUSIONS
The conference room block features standard rooms at $399++/night.
A nightly resort fee of $38 (discounted from $63) also applies and includes:
- Overnight valet parking for one vehicle per room, per night
- Enhanced guest room internet access for multiple devices. This does not apply to meeting space.
- Access to his/her locker rooms featuring a whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna and cold plunge pool
- Reynolds tennis court usage
- Scheduled daily morning fitness class (e.g. yoga/Pilates)
- Non-motorized lake activities (kayaks and paddleboards)
- Dock and bank side fishing in Lake Oconee
- Access to all Reynolds driving ranges and putting greens, including range balls and TaylorMade golf club rentals.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made by calling the reservations department at 800-228-9290, or through the GBA custom reservations website by clicking here. If calling in, be sure to identify yourself as part of this conference to get the group rate.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.
Please note that special hotel requests (such as bed configuration, view, etc.) are not guaranteed.
EXTENDED STAYS
The group rate will be offered three days pre- and post-conference, based on availability. Pre-conference stays on Saturday night are extremely limited. Feel free to doublecheck with the hotel when you make your reservation.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations must be made by Monday, Sept. 14, to guarantee the group rate. Reservations after this date will be accepted based on availability. Remember, rooms may sell out before the cut-off date.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Seven days notice of cancellation prior to arrival is required in order to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
