CSEA has coordinated room blocks with multiple hotels, including the Azure Hotel and Suites, within walking distance of the Ontario Convention Center. A link to make reservations will be provided to approved registrants in their confirmation email. Reservations must be made through this link and NOT directly with the hotels. The room block will remain open until February 8, 2027, unless it sells out sooner.

Azure Hotel and Suites

• $169 plus 14.95% tax =$194.27 per night for a room with a King bed and a sofa bed.
• $179 plus 14.95% tax = $205.76 for a room with 2 Queen Beds.
• Complimentary self-parking with in and out privileges and a hot breakfast are included.
• No airport shuttle is available.
• Rooms include complimentary wi-fi, mini-fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

• $169 plus 14.95% tax= $194.27 per night for a Standard King.
• $179 plus 14.95% tax= $205.76 per night for a Two Queen beds.

• $179 plus 14.97% tax =$205.80 for a King Bed.

How Hotel Reservations Work
Rooms must be reserved using CSEA’s hotel room block with a link that will be via email to all approved registrants.  The room block will be open until Friday, February 8, 2027, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. The reservations are being gathered by Passkey and will be turned over to the hotels late February. Please note that the hotels will not have a record of your reservation until after the room block closes.

Acknowledgement Number versus Hotel Confirmation Number
When you make a reservation in the block you will receive an acknowledgement number. This is not the same as your hotel confirmation number. A hotel confirmation number will be issued once the convention center turns over the reservation list to the hotels after the room block closes on February 8. You will then be issued a hotel confirmation number.

Changes or Cancellations
If changes are made before the February 8 cut-off, you can go back to the hotel block link above and click on the “Manage Existing Reservation” button. You will need your acknowledgement to access your reservation. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation after the February 8 cut-off date, you will need to contact the hotel directly after the housing list has been submitted in late February. Hotels will not have reservation information until they receive it from Passkey in late February.

Credit card required to make reservation
A credit or debit card will be required to reserve your room, but no hold or deduction will be charged to your credit or debit card in advance. You will not be charged until you check out. A photo ID and a credit card are required upon check-in at the hotel. We recommend you do not use a debit card when you check in as a deposit fee for incidentals may be withheld.

Advance Payments by Chapter or District Employer
If your chapter or district is paying the hotel in advance for you or a group to attend, contact the hotel directly on or after March 3 to find out the total amount including room, parking, and applicable taxes. The hotels will not have your reservation information from the reservations made through the Ontario Convention Center Passkey system until that date. 

Payment by Check
Payments should be send to the corresponding hotel address as listed below and include a letter detailing the guest(s) name(s), check-in date, and the name of your school site if used on your booking. It’s recommended that you include contact information, should the Hotel have any questions about your payment. The Hotel should receive your check NO LATER THAN 4 WEEKS before the conference and receipt of payment should be confirmed in advance of checking into the hotel to avoid any issues.

Luggage storage for the last day
On the last day of the conference, you can check out and store your luggage with the hotel and collect it after the conference is over. If the hotel you are staying at has an airport shuttle, you can arrange for a shuttle to the airport. Otherwise, you may arrange for an Uber or Lyft to the airport from the hotel.
