SparkX is Lumine’s cross‑functional leadership summit, bringing together senior leaders across Finance, HR, Legal and IT for focused, practical discussions on how we run the business.

SparkX is intentionally designed as a working conference, not a social offsite or functional training program. The agenda focuses on analyzing departmental challenges, with an emphasis on peer exchange, applied learning, and identifying practical solutions and paths forward to reduce current issues.

The objectives of SparkX are to:

-  Strengthen functional and cross‑functional leadership capability

-  Align leaders on operating priorities, risk, and execution expectations

-  Enable peer learning and problem‑solving across Groups and Business Units

-  Build stronger working relationships across the Lumine ecosystem

SparkX is a biannual event, held every other year, and is intentionally invitation‑only to ensure a high‑quality, interactive experience.
