Cancel/Reschedule Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, you may do so up to 30 days prior to the program start date with no financial penalty. Due to the costs incurred to hold your registration, canceling, or rescheduling between 8-29 days prior to the event will result in a $500 fee. Canceling or rescheduling within 7 days prior to the event will result in $1,000 fee. The program coordinator must receive your written cancellation or reschedule request to process any refunds, cancellations or transfers.
