Our meeting will be held at The Westin Indianapolis and we have negotiated a group rate of $219.00 per night plus applicable taxes, in effect at the time of check-in. To receive this rate, please make your request for your room below. We will submit a request to the hotel on your behalf. The hotel will not accept call-in reservations.
A credit card will be required to guarantee your hotel stay. However, your credit card will not be charged during registration, it is simply used to guarantee your hotel reservation. You may cancel your hotel reservation at no charge 72 hours prior to check-in (5 PM ET). If you must cancel after the deadline, your credit card will be charged for one night's stay.
