EVENT REGISTRATION BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. All transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

2.Payment details.

Credit card: 

Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (1.7% fee) 

Direct Debit: Please reference your payment with your invoice number or last name* 

3. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by the DOHaD ANZPac Conference prior to the event. 

4.CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund requests must be in writing and received one month prior to the start date of the event. In the event of cancellation, a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee is available if DOHaD ANZPac is advised of cancellation in writing one month prior to the start date of the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date for any reason. Any refunds due will be reimbursed after the completion of the conference. 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION

No cancellation fee for any cancellation received before 90 days to arrival date.

If any cancellation receive between 89 to 60 days prior to arrival date will be applied penalty of 50% charge of the entire room charges.

If any cancellation receive less than 60 days or No Show will be applied 100% charge of the entire room charges.

5.PRIVACY STATEMENT – DOHaD ANZPac will collect and store information you provide in this registration form for the administrative and planning purposes and for the future planning and development of subsequent Conferences related to the client and to facilitate your requirements in relation to the current Conference. The information that you provide in the registration form and information provided at any other time during the conference, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the conference, will be used by the DOHaD ANZPac to offer, provide and continue to improve the client’s conferences. The DOHaD ANZPac may disclose some of the information that is collected in the registration form such as your name, your organisation and its location and your email address to other conference delegates and (unless specified in writing or during the registration process) to conference sponsors and exhibitors for marketing purposes and to CORP COMM (Conference Organisers) for future relevant conferences organised by DOHaD ANZPac. 

Please email the DOHaD ANZPac if you do not want your details provided to other delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. 

6.SECURITY POLICY - When purchasing from DOHaD ANZPac your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
