Exhibit Hall Details
- Location: East Hall, Marriott City Center/Oakland Convention Center, CA
- Refreshments will be served in the exhibit hall before classes as well as during breaks
- A networking reception will be held in the exhibit hall on Friday evening
- Attendees must visit the exhibit hall to be entered to win various door prizes
- Exhibit space is reserved on a first pay - first serve basis
- Exhibitors must setup at the scheduled time and keep their table staffed all day on Friday

- One 6' table and two chairs in an area measuring approximately 6' x 8' - all exhibits must be confined within this area

Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to craynak.naswca@socialworkers.org by October 11, 2024. Cancellations received on or before October 11 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds processed after October 11, 2024
Release of Liability Sponsors and exhibitors agree to hold harmless the NASW-CA Chapter and the Oakland Marriott City Center and Oakland Convention Center from and against any and all losses, accidents, bodily injury, property loss or damage, or other occurrences to any person or persons including the exhibitor, its agents, employees, and attendees, arising out of or resulting from exhibitor's use and occupancy of the exhibit area at the conference facility or any part thereof. NASW-CA shall have sole authority to interpret and enforce all rules in the best interest of the conference.
