The 2026 Cornell Partnership Tax Seminar on 7/23/26 from 8:30am-12:30pm will focus on the foundations of partnership and LLC taxation. Using IRS Publication 541 as the basis for the material covered (no pun intended!) Joe Baldwin and Austin Weaver will focus on the following topics:

- Partnership Liabilities
- Sale or Disposition of a Partnership Interest
There will be 4 hours of IRS CE credit provided, and the course will be entirely remote.
