Registration Fees

Registration fees, include access to all sessions, networking coffees and lunches, as well as the conference cocktail reception.

• February 18 until March 30, 2020:         USD 250**, Kshs 25,000
• March 31 - April 1:                                            USD 500**, Kshs 50,000

** Payments in USD will be collected by credit card during the registration process. 

For Mpesa Payments:

Mpesa paybill number (Business no): 7013045

Account no: IFC-name of participant as appears on the registration form (First and Last Name).

Registration will be only confirmed once the payment has been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to the organizers at ifcfoodsafetyforum@ifc.org. A USD 50.00 administration fee will be deducted from all cancellations. Deadlines: 

• Cancellations received before January 31, 2020 - Full refund
• Cancellations received between February 1 and March 9, 2020 - 50% refund
• After March 10, 2020 - No refund

 Substitutions can be made until March 20, 2020 by contacting the organizers in writing at ifcfoodsafetyforum@ifc.org
