OWNERSHIP AND USE OF MATERIALS

All presentation materials, content, curriculum, slides, recordings, handouts, and related intellectual property provided or created for use in connection with ASCCP programs are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ASCCP. Faculty members may use such materials solely for authorized ASCCP purposes and shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, or otherwise use or disclose such materials to any third party without ASCCP’s prior written consent.
