FAQs
Who is this forum for?
The Aprio Alliance Forum is built for domestic and international professionals who help drive growth in their firms. The most successful firms recognize that growth doesn't belong to a single leader or department. It is driven by the combined efforts of those who set strategy, serve clients, lead teams, and build the infrastructure that enables growth.
Rather than organizing attendees by title, we organize around the role they play in growth:
- Those who set direction for the firm
- Those who own and drive client relationships
- Those who lead or anchor a service area
- Those who build the internal capacity for growth
What is the cost?
The standard registration fee is $1,600 US / $2,267CAD.
Guests may register for $650 USD / $913 CAD each, which includes entrance to the Welcome Happy Hour, Welcome Reception, Forum Fun Run, Morning Yoga, and Closing Reception.
What is the registration fee process?
Each Aprio Alliance and Aprio Global member firm receives one complimentary Forum registration per year.
When you register:
- If your firm has not yet used its complimentary Forum registration fee, it will be automatically applied to your registration.
- If the complimentary registration has already been used, the Forum registration fee will be applied against your firm’s available Aprio Alliance Bank balance.
- All registrants will receive an invoice. The firm’s Aprio Alliance Bank will be applied on the back end, and the invoice will reflect either a $0 balance or a balance due based on your firm’s remaining Aprio Alliance Bank balance.
No payment is required at the time of registration.

Where can I find the agenda and what are the learning objectives?

- Develop and implement a firm-level AI strategy that integrates across service delivery, business development, and operations—moving from experimentation to structured deployment with appropriate governance, client communication, and talent development frameworks.
- Build institutional growth capabilities by designing BD infrastructure, accountability systems, and Alliance collaboration strategies that transform business development from individual personality into repeatable firm-wide discipline.
- Make strategic decisions about firm positioning and economics—including pricing models, partner compensation, capacity planning, and independence vs. consolidation—that drive profitable growth and preserve optionality for the future.
- Redesign talent development and culture for an AI-transformed profession, creating pathways that attract next-generation professionals, accelerate advisory readiness, and build the skills that matter when routine work is automated.
- Strengthen and protect client relationships through account planning discipline, advisory positioning, and service expansion strategies that deepen value and build loyalty during industry disruption.
