This course covers basic tuning and calibration of certain Waters tandem quadrupole mass spectrometers: Quattro Ultima, Quattro micro™ and Quattro Premier™. Routine tune page functions are covered as well as the calibration procedure used for quadrupole systems controlled by MassLynx software.
