Join us for the EducationUSA Western & Central Europe Fair Tour Fall 2026—an exciting opportunity for U.S. higher education institutions to connect with prospective students across the region. The fair tour will take place from September 19–29, 2026, with stops in Prague (Czech Republic), Utrecht (Netherlands), Luxembourg City (Luxembourg), Brussels (Belgium), London (United Kingdom), and Madrid and Barcelona (Spain).

Separately, the EducationUSA Europe & Eurasia Regional Forum will be held just prior to the start of the tour (September 15–17 in Lisbon, Portugal). While the EducationUSA Europe & Eurasia Regional Forum and the EducationUSA Western & Central Europe Fair Tour are distinct events, their back-to-back timing allows institutions to conveniently participate in both options. Please note that separate registration is required for the Regional Forum.

We strongly encourage all accredited U.S. higher education institutions to participate in all fair locations, as the fair tour is strategically designed to maximize outreach and student engagement across Western and Central Europe. - For questions about specific fairs, please reach out to the EducationUSA Advising Center in the relevant country. City-specific inquiries will be directed to the appropriate country team.

- Registration is open from April 15 through August 31, 2026. - Registration includes up to two representatives per table. A second official representative or alumnus/alumna may attend at no additional cost; no more than two participants are permitted. Please provide participant names during registration or as soon as they are confirmed. Space availability may vary by event. - The EducationUSA Fair Portal includes detailed information and registration options for each fair location, except London (United Kingdom). - Registration for the London (United Kingdom) fair will be handled on a separate platform with possibly a different timeline. Institutions interested in the London stop must register via the designated UK registration site separately. - Registration will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Each city has a designated capacity for the number of representatives it can accommodate. If the number of registrants from higher education institutions (HEIs) exceeds a city’s capacity, additional HEIs will be placed on a waitlist for that location.
