What to Expect
Leveraging the Power of Self-Awareness to Lead More Effectively is a highly interactive experience, delivered in two 105-minute sessions. During the workshop you will take part in hands-on activities that, upon completion, will enable you to:
- Identify your personality style and communication preference, as well as those of your co-workers by completing The PACE® Palette Personality Temperament Assessment
- Adjust your working style to work more cohesively with others who approach tasks differently
- Communicate with clarity and intention
- Listen more effectively
- Quiet your inner critic to strengthen your confidence and more
Workshops are limited to 60 participants to provide an intimate and interactive experience for our attendees.
Who Should Attend
This unique virtual learning experience is ideal for all faculty and staff who are interested in leveraging the power of self-awareness to increase their individual and/or organizational performance.
