How long has Ignite the Cause been happening?

This is our very first conference! We believe God is calling a new generation of young adults to mission, and Ignite the Cause is our response to that call. While we're new, we're not experimenting—we've learned from established conferences, gathered seasoned leaders, and built a schedule designed for both inspiration and practical equipping. If you're looking for an intimate, focused experience where you can truly engage with speakers and dig deep in small groups, a first-year conference offers something special: access, authenticity, and the chance to help shape what this becomes.

Are there any leadership opportunities for students at Ignite the Cause?

Yes! Ignite the Cause leadership is looking for a limited number of young adults to be part of our Small Group Leadership Team.  Responsibilities will include attending an online workshop ahead of Ignite, leading small group Bible studies each morning, and engaging in end of day debriefs with a small group.

The requirements to become a Small Group Leader include registering for Ignite the Cause and being a follower of Jesus. You do not have to already have a lot of leadership experience; we hope this will give you the opportunity to explore what leadership looks and feels like in a supportive and encouraging environment.

If you are interested in being a Small Group leader, please email ksenica@usacanadaregion.org. All young adults selected to be Small Group leaders, will be notified in early November.
