Your name, job title and company name will automatically appear in the searchable list of participants on the networking platform, for the purpose of networking. You may choose to turn this off within the platform, which will hide your profile completely. You will manage your own profile to include additional information, such as social media links and specific areas of interest. Your contact details will not be shared to other users unless you engage directly with them through 1-1 messages, scheduled meetings or confirmed connections. You will be able to download a record of your activity including people you have connected during the event.
