Cargo Movement Information

1. Logistics Vehicle Entry:

  • Start Date & Time: October 5, 2024, from 9:00 AM
  • Entry Point: IICC Gate 11
  • Trucks will proceed to the designated off-load area near the hall.
  • Each truck must carry a copy of the participation letter.

2. Last Entry for Logistics:

  • End Date & Time: October 6, 2024, until 4:00 PM

3. Exit for Empty Trucks:

  • All empty trucks must exit through IICC Gate No. 9.
  • No parking is available for trucks within the complex.

Passenger Vehicle Information:

1. Exhibitor Vehicles:

  • Entry Point: IICC Gate No. 6 and Gate 8A

2. Visitor Vehicles (Taxi/Self-driven):

  • Entry Point: IICC Gate No. 6

3. Driver-Driven Cars: Drop-off Point: Designated drop-off bay at the foyer entrance. Parking for Drivers: After dropping off passengers, drivers should proceed to the basement parking area.
