COURSE OBJECTIVE
At the conclusion of this course, attendees should be able to understand the principles of rigid fixation and demonstrate multiple techniques for rib fixation including both intra and extra thoracic approaches.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is designed for specialties of Banner Health general acute and critical care trauma, orthopedic and thoracic attending surgeons whose scope of practice includes management of chest wall injuries.

Attendees will be provided a superior learning experience in both intrathoracic and extrathoracic approaches to Surgical Stabilization of Rib Fractures. This course will also prepare you to implement a chest wall injury program at your institution.
