Shine's annual award-winning event brings together adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s who have experienced a cancer diagnosis.
This event not only gives you a chance to meet others and listen to the experiences of young adults with cancer but also to hear from experts in a range of fields.
What to expect from Shine Connect
Time and space to relax and take a wellbeing break whenever you need.
A choice of Workshops, including: Navigating relationships, Managing fatigue, Coping with emotions, Breathwork, Art therapy, Relaxation, and more.
Expert and panel-led sessions focused on topics of most importance to you.

Oxford Circus Station is approximately 6 minutes walk heading north up Regent Street and turning left onto Cavendish Place.
Bond Street is approximately 7 minutes walk, northeast via Marylebone straight into the square.

We'll be joined by other charities who support younger people with cancer, support services that might be useful, and organisations that can tell you more about ways to be involved in patient advocacy or shaping healthcare. Come along during the breaks in the day to chat to all the friendly faces we've invited to join us!
