Program Schedule and Overview
This live, online program takes place in twelve 90-minute sessions every other week over six months.
This program encompasses structured learning with measurable results. Correct behaviors are taught early on, so job sites are managed more efficiently and effectively. Future leaders of the company must understand the cornerstones of successful supervision and ensure day-to-day responsibilities are managed correctly.

Scott is recognized as a leading authority in human resources, organizational development, and organizational leadership in the restoration and cleaning industries. As a Senior Business Development Advisor for Violand Management, he consults with numerous businesses and professionals to help them achieve maximum growth. Scott is also a facilitator, business trainer, and former adjunct professor for Kent State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in human resource management and his master’s degree in organizational leadership, both from Geneva College.
